• Taking off quantities of pipe, pipe support, steel structure, equipment like vessel, heat exchanger, reformer, heater, compressor from drawing• Liaise with client to finalize quantities of pipe, pipe support, steel structure, painting, NDT, equipment and progress claim.• Prepare and submit monthly progress claim to client on time.• Submit claim for variation and modification works.

• Review work scope of quotation and specification of ITB, and material take off• Outsourcing of material suppliers and equipment & service parties based on ITB price schedule• Approach to suppliers, vendor and 3rd parties for seeking competitive quotations and tenders to meet technical requirement and within budget limitation meanwhile• Liaise with internal project team on determination of price on proposal by inputs given from suppliers, and provide anticipated project schedule versus client’s requirement • Present the project pricing and margin analysis to management before submission• Attend the clarification meeting with clients and answer the queries related to work scope and any requested information relevant to project• Review T&C of subcontractor’s quotation, and prepare the contract agreement of subcontractor.• Preparing monthly department tender and quotation analyst to management

• Material and service sourcing and liaise with local and overseas suppliers to support project needs and RFQ enquiries• Check supplier’s specification against the project enquires, and negotiate with supplier on pricing and cost reduction to ensure competitive costing• Ensure corporate procurement guidelines and procedure are compiled to by both internal and external parties• Follow up and expedite timely delivery of purchased parts• Preparing quotation estimation and project order processing by Oracle ERP system• Manages, files and update purchasing orders and documentation• Based on existing contract, prepare and submit progress claim, VO and invoice to client on time.• Attend meeting and clarify related queries from client• Verifying sub-contractors’ claims and subcontractor awards• Closing of final account for projects• Prepare and submit weekly project budget to manager• Preparing and submit monthly costing report to management

• Perform Quality Control Activities for piping and welding works for compliance with procedures, specifications, ITP and drawings• Inspection of pipe and pipe support fit up and welding activities at site.• Conduct Welder’s Qualification Test (WQT)• Check welding rods, filler rods and other welding consumables.• Conduct Piping Material Receiving Inspection as well as consumable materials• Identify and record any problems related to work and quality control procedure and initiate or recommend, or provide solution through designated work regarding the quality control procedure.• Carry out inspection activities involving Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test, and Visual Inspection as per codes and standards and project specifications.
