Current1) Maintenance and Network support- To design, maintain and support the overall network and infrastructure structure to provide a stable and cost effective platform for all end users- To work closely with the application team and provide all network support to implement application system solutions- To schedule and arrange for the IT assets maintenance with Vendor- To liaison with software and hardware vendor to understand and evaluate feasibility of special features of their products- To be responsible for ensure high availability and security of all IT systems, networks and servers in China, to provide applications support to uses if necessary 2) System support - To support all production applications, software such as RMS, Oracle Finance, Exchange email, POS etc- To assist in administering current systems such as Email, RMS & POS systems, e.g create new user accounts, passwords etc..3) User support- To responsible for the IT hotline calls and provide first tier telephone support. When required identify the calls and redirect them to respective I.T. support teams to follow up in a timely and efficient manner4) IS Security- To ensure security policies are adhered by all users and vendors and have it continually reviewed- To take a strong position with regards to system security in terms of general access, e-mail and virus protection
