I worked as the Operations and Tour Manager for Carvantrips, which is a start-up in adventure tourism. * I lead groups of 50-80 people to trek and camp in the Sahyadri's every weekend. * I also lead a group of 10 people on a trek in the Himalayas in Kasol.Being a startup I also had other roles to play. I was also assigned the role:* to design creatives for Facebook posts and ads.* to shoot and edit videos of the trips.* to do sales and marketing of the company.The job allowed me to explore my different skill sets. I learnt to lead large groups of people, think on my feet to solve problems as they arrived.

During the festival, I was assigned to manage a cluster of premium tents where high profile clients would stay. We also hosted the PM Narendra Modi meet here wherein 40 IAS officers stayed in the cluster that I managed. My hospitality was appreciated by everyone staying in the cluster.As my first job, I learned a lot from this internship. I learned about hospitality, communication and managing teams.
