Created curriculum content for XSEED Nursery (age 4-5) based on the thematic approach involving experiential and activity based learning.Looked at the overall quality deliverables for XSEED Preschool and Kindergarten content and the implimentation of it in schools. Created activity based curriculum for Satya Bharati Schools (multi age/multi grade classrooms). An initiative by Airtell to reduce drop out rates of children graduating to Secondary School. Was part of the piolet school project in Ludhiana and involved in the Master Trainer Program (May 2006 - August 2007 - iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd.) Head of 'iQuest' a life skills program in schools for adolocents (iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd.) Facilitator and Teacher Trainer Was part of the team for teachers training to help with the overall undrstanding of the curriculum and implimentation of it. (July 2005 - Feb 2006) Was an Outdoor Facilitator / Program Coordinator / Trainer / Life Skill Educator at 'Youreka' the outdoor education division of iDiscoveri Education Pvt. Ltd.
