A constant leaener and a visionary thinker with an expertise of empowering academics since 2002 have taught for over 21 years and I am passionate about teaching. I am currently working as an Academic Coordinator and regularly promoting the school's vision, supervising the proper execution of the policies and consistently working to provide active and innovative lesson plans to my students.I believe strongly in the development of essential skills in our students from an early age itself. My favourite poem by Anita wadley is ' Playing is growing' . I am handling the team of 30 teachers and maintaining a good rapport with the team. I am constantly working for training and development of the team and the parents and helping school to accomplish the goal of Holistic development.My vision is to curate and implement a joyful and inquiry based curriculum integrating lifeskills into it. I am a self starter who do not need push to work beyond boundaries, my systematic approach and ability to manage my tasks helps me being an organised individualI have been awarded with the ' Best Performer' twice in my tenure and have been rigorously working to achieve my goal of making learning fun for my kids. I am looking forward to lead bigger teams and advise them with classroom management and Pedagogies.
