Project Name:- Assam Road Asset Management System.The State Government of Assam (GoA), through the Government of India (GoI), has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) or the World Bank for implementation of Assam State Roads Project and intends to apply a portion of this loan to finance consultancy services for establishing an asset management system (AMS) for the state road network. The envisioned system will assist the Assam Public Works Roads Department (PWRD) to rationalize decision-making in planning, programming, funding, procurement and in the allocation of resources in road sector in order to make the best use of public funds in preserving the road network at an acceptable level of serviceability. The AMS for the State of Assam, to be called Assam Road Asset Management System and referred to as ARAMS, is meant to improve the technical capacities, skills and management capabilities of the PWRD and may be other road agencies associated with road management and maintenance, thus improving the ability to manage efficiently and cost-effectively road maintenance and improvement activities. The system is to be designed to reflect the best international practices, in a way that suits the local needs and conditions.

Ltd. as Client and total value of the work as 800 million INR.Nature of Duties:• Preparing monthly client bill. • Assist Project Engineer for completion of all project activities on time, within the agreed cost and to the quality standards as per the Contract. • Coordinate with other disciplines, in-house divisions and subcontractors and raise RFIs prior to execution of works. • Directing and supervising the manpower for execution of the works.• Provide data of Site Progress for Daily and Monthly Progress Reports to the clients.• Continuous follow-ups with subordinate staff for proper utilization of time & materials to achieve target dates of slab cycle.• Ensuring Safety, Quality & making sure the speed of work is in control during the execution of above activity.
