• Overall in-charges in connection to Accounts and Finance related matters• Taking care of all statutory matters• Interaction with statutory auditor for audit• Taking care of statutory and legal compliance i.e. FCRA Compliances, Income Tax, EPFCompliances, GST Compliance, Registrar of Society Compliances, ETC.• Reconciliation of account i.e. branch account reconciliation, bank account, vendorreconciliation, etc.• Taking care of Pay-roll management i.e. making salary statement, disbursement of salariesto staff, leave management, etc. as per organization rules.• Prepare EPF Challan and file the ECR to EPFO on monthly basis.• Prepare GST file (inward and outward) and provide the file to CA for the GST return filefor monthly return• Finalization of annual account as per income tax and FCRA rule for audit• Prepare organizational budget• Interaction with Funder for developing the budget and fund reporting as and when required.• Day to day entry and verification of entries done by junior accountant either in state officeof national office.• Documentation Management: Maintain the organization documents, project documents, taxdocuments, employee document, etc.• Prepare Audited Financial Statement as required by funder / Management i.e. monthly,quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis.• Prepare variance report against budget vs actual expenditure and report to management.• Prepare work-plan with program team for implementing the project and also knowing thefund situation
