Managed the space portfolio, furniture and logistic requirements of 8000 plus staff and delegates at UN Headquarters including the provision of space for heads of state and high level visitors during the annual UN General Assembly sessions. Space portfolio consisted of nearly 4 million square feet of real estate including leased swing space during the $2 billion Capital Master Plan renovation project. Managed a rental portfolio (commercially lease space for UNHQ) of $65 million dollars in annual rent and cost recovery of over $10 milion in income for leased out space. Responsible for the management of over $2 million in commercial contracts including those for the provision of architectural design and moving services, property disposal services and 8 furniture contracts. Also responsible for annual reporting of non expendable property at United Nations Headquarters.

Managed the UNHQ space portfolio of nearly 4 million square feet of owned and leased space, 26 commercial lease contracts and 30 internal real estate contracts/MOUs to meet the accommodation needs of over 8000 staff.In the role of Real Estate Process Expert, I provided end user and business support, monitoring and reporting capability, training and capacity building, knowledge sharing and best practices for 64 UN entities in 150 countries.
