I). Responsible for preparing billing data for national trips with proper validation and ensuring invoice generation of those trips on weekly and monthly basis.II). Preparing invoice wise MIS and ensuring that all MIS including invoices are submitted to vendor portal.III). Responsible for analysing local, zonal & national billing data and finding disputes and resolving the same by raising at customer portal on weekly basis.IV). Arranging meetings with our logistic operation team through Google Meet and preparing MOM Report & sharing it to all the participants with management.V). Providing a suitable rate to new customers for logistic vehicle movement.

I). Monitoring daily delivery status of local and upcountry shipments through carrier tracking systems and communicating verbally with carriers.II). Prioritizing and ensuring timely delivery of temperature-sensitive shipments to customer locations preserving optimum product quality.III). Ensuring all PODs are submitted to our portal to confirm successful deliveries and maintain accurate records.IV). Circulating the daily updated MIS Report to ensure all ten divisions have access to the latest information.V). Accountable for preparing and publishing a comprehensive suite of monthly analytical reports on Delivery Performance, CPK (Cost Per KG), Volume Comparison, POD Pendency, Daily Attendance, Vehicle Compliance and Utilization, Billing, Profit & Loss, Biker Productivity, Fuel Consumption, Rate Master Updates and Vendor Rate Comparisons.

I). Responsible for ensuring proper QC before inward the stock, timely dispatch with proper documentation of forward shipments, reverse flow materials & damaged goods within designated cut-offs.II). Maintaining a perpetual stock take to ensure 100% stock accuracy and optimizing the total warehouse space utilization in collaboration with my team.III). Successfully led the implementation of handheld devices to improve operations and managed a team effectively.IV). Maintained the accuracy and completeness of operational MIS reports through daily updates.
