1.Financial Reporting and Analysis overseeing the financial analysis for 78 countries under ISMEA region - Monthly P & L analysis, customer profitability, leverage, Cost saving initiatives. Provide recommendation on new business opportunities and contract negotiations with top customers to drive top line. 2.Forecast – Monthly, weekly and rest of the year forecast based on trend, seasonality, new business opportunities etc. Achieved forecast accuracy ( ± 5% ) consistently in the last 6 months.3.Business Planning –Handled business plan for all countries volume, revenue and expense for the last 3 years.4.Accounts Receivable - Periodic review, monitor and report AR status by country and ISMEA as a whole to management and corporate. Resolution of customer and agent disputes on timely basis to keep the collection healthy.5.Audit, Treasury and compliance – Quarterly audit of banking platforms and user entitlements to eliminate any risk, fraud or misappropriation of funds. Conduct period process audits assigned to ensure there are no gaps in the day to day business (AP, AR, Cash & Bank, and Records Management etc.)6.New entity Set up – Involved in setting up a fully owned UPS entity in MECA region. Supported in getting corporate approvals, preparing cash flow projection, setting up vendors, system approvals, preparing standard operating procedures.7.Accounting – Oversee monthly bookings are performed correctly, any errors are flagged immediately and resolved. Review out of period costs, non-recurring entries and its impacts.8.VAT – Process quarterly VAT filing for District HQ.9.Training – Train new hires/interns on the process, job responsibilities and systems.10.Process – Formulated SOPs for all finance and accounting processes in African countries like South Africa, Nigeria and Morocco.

• Primary role of conducting process audits (Operations, HR, Accounts, Sales) and recommend suggestions for improvement.• Setting up of KPIs for individuals, continuous monitoring of their performance and reporting same to the management with areas to improve and arrange necessary training programs. • Preparing Procedures, Process flows, and documents related to ISO in up keeping management standards. • Restructured some of the core processes in Facilities Management Company by document verification, analysis of profit and loss statements, conducting site visits etc.• Working on automation of KPIs by introducing a self-service web portal to reduce manual work inturn increasing the efficiency of process. * Collection and analysis of large financial data pertaining to Hedge Funds.• Trade processing, Trade reconciliation, Daily reporting , preparing EOD checklist with necessary backups in adherence with compliance and risk policies. • Daily cash reconciliation on Trade lifecycle Management (TLM) for products like Repos, Bonds, Futures and options, OTC ( TRS, IRS, CDS, FX ) and commenting accordingly on all breaks greater than 1+ days. • Daily position reconciliation on Listed products in TLM and OTC products on Tri-optima tool. • Preparing MIS for various clients on STP rate, exception error ,manual booking of trades and status of valid breaks and query tracking .• Month end market value position reconciliation for all asset class pre and post pricing activity. • Handle Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to support resiliency when required.• Support Trioptima project, a tool used in Hedge funds process in two-way position reconciliation• Work closely with the clients, middle office and counterparties to resolve queries. • Work closely with pricing, NAV and Accounting team internally for timely delivery . • Training new hires.• Worked on Bloomberg on a regular basis for BAU activities.

ORA was established keeping in mind the student target of Manipal (Education hub) in India. It initially started as a home based venture and later expanded to the online services. The target market was young girls and women who love fashionable and trendy clothes which are not only branded but also affordable. I was a sole person handling procurement of raw materials, clothes to marketing the brand and delivery of goods within the vicinity.

This helped to analyze FX sales projection with respect to Education sector.
