Position: Team leader of Data Analysis Group (one of five groups under Department of Data and Settle), group members: 20. Obtain the company’s outstanding employees in 2015 and was appointed as the company management trainee (take the temporary position of manager assistant), specific work as follows:Data Support: In charge the data support of external 31 provinces and internal Wireless Group, O2O, Wealth Management Group, Campus Group and 12 business groups as well as the functional department of Marketing, Product, Risk Control, Customer Service, etc. Data Release: Responsible for the data release and notice of business, KPI assessment data, the revenue of Group Company and business data of other product line.Data Analysis: Mainly focus on marketing activities. Cooperating with front end departments such as Marketing, Product and the others, giving specific analysis report before, during and after the marketing activities. BI Project: In charge of BI project, familiar with whole lifecycle of BI construction. For the technical level: responsible for the network, the plan of the project’s server, data extraction method, data cleaning and aggregation of the middle layer, the construction of the target layer, the visualization form of user’s tables and the design of the web, familiar with Hadoop, hive, Axure and tableau; For the business level: responsible for demand collection and control, confirm the logic of the SQL script to meet the real demand of the business, the validation before the release of the demand is also my job.Data Warehouse Project: In charge of the demand collection，the layout of Operational Data Store and the construction of theme field of the project.Data Visualization Project: Responsible for the company's data visualization project, determine the display content and data visualization effect, familiar with the visualization framework, including echarts, d3.js, highcharts etc.

Responsible for the retain job of existing group customer, help customer to solve any problem they have come across during the product usage. Adjust the existing service to adapt to user’ dynamic needs. I should also deliver precise marketing by combining user’s potential demands and our product’s feature. On the other hand, I am responsible for the expansion of new customers, mainly by visiting a potential new customer to complete the expansion and marketing job. By summing up user's potential demand, we give an appropriate marketing planning in time to expand business marketing.
