Work on the preparation of CAD models, detail drawings, assemblydrawings, bills-of-materials, and related documentation. Inspect new development and existing parts in CMM (CoordinateMeasuring Machine) and provide detailed CMM reports todevelopment team and production team. Assists in Development and Design of new and existing Jigs andfixtures. Creates sketches, 3D CAD models of Sheet Metal drawings andsketches. Assists design team in designing and Sheet Metal component. Work closely with the suppliers/vendors during the prototypingand manufacturing phases of new and existing product. Collaborate with the product development team and productionteam to identify the design and dimensional deviations. Actively participate in technical discussions with internal team andexternal Design experts.
