· Knowledge in Reading Construction Drawings, Isometric Drawings, Etc.· Having a Vital Knowledge in Determining Various Damage Mechanisms & Deterioration of Piping through Visual Inspection.· Inspection of Process Piping through various NDE techniques such as VT, PT & UT for determining various Damage Mechanisms.· Preparation of Inspection Reports as per observed findings through Visual Inspection & other NDE methods for Process Piping.· Dimensional Check, Fit up, Root Pass & Final Visual Inspection of Weld Joints Repairs or Alterations as per Relevant Code.· Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required Inspection.· Witnessing the Hydro testing of the pipe lines, drums and vessels.· Prepare hydro test packages, line check and punch listing.· Control of non-conformities issuance of punch list.· Coordinating with client/consultants while the inspection is being carried out and offer any clarification is required.· Witnessing of pneumatic test, hydro-test and flushing system and erection field.· Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test packages.· Witness of alignment, orientation and dimensions of installed piping.· Assures that all joints are exposed for examination during pressure test.· Ensuring vents are open when filling and draining lines.· Conform repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications.· Ensure the blinds are removed and correct rating gaskets are installed.· Inspection of gaskets, supports, valves prior to line reinstatement acceptance as per the latest drawing for construction, codes and specification standards.

Responsible for organizing, implementing and executing inspection and test for welds and piping in accordance with project code and specification requirement and safety requirement. Review method of statement and inspection test plan ITP, PQR, WPS, and MTC as per client Requirements Responsible for monitoring inspections and administering quality of work, ensuring that all work area in accordance with the approved drawing and specification required and make sure the inspection, witnessing, hold points. Client / owner are complied as identified in the inspection test plan (ITP). Witness of welders’ qualification test as per client requirement. Organizes and executes system and subsystem walk downs for compliancewith code and owner requirements. Review radiography film, NDE activities and ensure the sub-contractorare following the requirement procedures.. Monitoring piping fabrication work, fit-up, welding and erection and coordinate tosub- contractor to assure that construction activities effecting safety and qualityare compliance with project requirements. Prepare punch list for completed line and review test packages prior for hydrotesting. Witness of Hydro-testing, Pneumatic testing, Air blowing, flushing w/ ownerrepresentative & signed off.

Responsible for all NDT activities in field, including all Tie-in joints by controlling RFI. Fully aware on all NDT requirements and NDT status of every sub-contractor especially on all NDT outstanding. Responsible for all NDT requests that are given and distributed to all NDT subcontractors, which are automatically selected by the FMCS. Program and arrangement of NDT technicians and crews for NDT examination by locations with regards to safety and priorities. Physical monitoring of on-going NDT examination in work site Coordination with the clients (Inspection and Management team) for anyrequest of inspection and witness of any NDT examinations. Witness of PMI for SS Materials grades 304L, 316L, ferrite content, fillermaterial composition & Alloys using XRF & Spectroscope.
