Plan & manage annual CAPEX budgets and resources for achieving predefined delivery and quality requirements.I undertake the activities to build & manage a competent offshore engineering team for executing a wide Instrumental in tracking unit performance through review of KPIs and monthly reports and initiate corrective actions Implement & maintain ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System across the organization Organize and lead internal audits, identify non-conformities and gaps and follow up for corrective & preventive actions. Coordinate with external auditors or smooth completion of all audits. Ensure adherence to the statutory requirements of STPI, Central Excise and Customs.Developing the resources head count from 0 to 25 with in 3 years of span and setting up the relevant required hardware and software’s as per the global requirements with in the organization procedures like Appropriate Request with MOJ for ROI.
