As a Social Entrepreneur with a decade-long journey in EHS, Engineering, R&D, and the Development sector, my mission is to drive sustainable social transformation. My expertise lies in devising and executing evidence-based projects that span social innovation and research. My career's cornerstone has been designing and implementing programs across diverse domains such as sustainable livelihoods, environmental rejuvenation, women's empowerment, rural healthcare, and support for marginalized communities including persons with disabilities, tribal groups, homeless individuals, Sri Lankan Tamil refugees, juvenile offenders, and education for marginalized groups.My strong work ethic, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities, has enabled successful collaborations with government bodies and corporate entities, all aimed at fostering significant and enduring social change. My approach to development marries the pragmatic aspects of on-ground realities with the strategic expectations of donors, empowering small teams to deliver remarkable outcomes.
