Sundar is a seasoned leader with 25+ years of experience in Scaling & Managing global teams, establishing high performance culture, defining, and executing operating models to deliver business outcomes. Currently, in this global role, he heads the Process Automation for Barclays, working with Business and Operations to increase productivity and creating capacity, using Intelligent Automation. He is accountable for the automation strategy, execution of book of work, service roadmap and ensuring resilient & controlled estate. He set up this capability in 2019, to deliver E2E process automation solutions using tools and technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Process (IDP), Workflow/Data Management, bespoke Machine Learning capabilities, Process Mining & Monitoring, that cater to a variety of business needs.
