I have experience of more than 10 years in the IT field from the repair support role to the Desktop Support Engineer. My successful projects include leading a successful deployment of AV solution Crowdstrike to more than 200 users and WSUS projects for Windows users. Following unique high-level user support standards from Apple and a top London agency, I have maintained a consistently high record of IT support from CEOs to standard users with respect to an individual’s technical knowledge. In addition, I facilitate technical users of the Devs team and help them deliver their projects. My perseverance and proactive approach to investigating the root cause of the problem and finding the solution has gained me a solid track record in the field of troubleshooting. My ITIL Service Management Foundations training has also helped me take a more professional approach to service delivery, leading to satisfied users. In addition, I was able to apply my set of skills as tools to improve and demonstrate with better outcomes across the company departments where most of the IT practices were already based on the ITIL. I have an honours degree in Applied Computing. I have achieved professional certifications from Microsoft and Apple. Besides, I am constantly learning new skills of self-development. I am also doing a part-time MA in Creative Writing from University of Hull.
