• Undertaking HV AP role on Aggreko equipment and systems.• Ensure safe operation of switch gear, safe plus, ZS1• Preparation and issuance of safety documents (PTW, LOA, SFT) using the appropriate site SLD• Carry out immediate and Personal supervision of task such as Transformers and Generators A and B service • Plan and design Site survey phase of the project delivery, site SLD-single line diagram and layout • Maintenance and Repair of Generator and Transformers with the application of SWI as per Aggreko standard • Monitoring of Generators and Transformers parameters on SCADA with prompt resolution of fault alarms on occurrence based on local and international experience at various project sites; IC 200MW Ivory Coast,4MW Frigoglass site at Agbara Nigeria.• Co-ordinate and participate in the activities of project installation from inception to commissioning of various sites;8MW TEMPO sites at OTA,5MW C-way Ota,3MW NBC Benin all in Nigeria • Troubleshooting of Fault on QSK60 and Testing-load banking, at MLO facility at Ota.• Troubleshooting of faults on Generator using INSITE software, Engine Tuning etc. and GEMPAC system upgrades using TOUGH Book • Conduct Transformer A and B Service at various location across Nigeria.• Maintenance of Electrical system of Generator, control panels, Testing of components, Battery system, ARM, SCADA control system installation and Troubleshooting. • Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Fault on Jenbacher Engine, up to FTB and FTA level.• Train and Supervise the Service crew on Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Service of Generators ,LOTO Field Task Assessment ,HV Training Field Task guard and Supervision • Planning and coordinating of Site Operation.• Preparation of ISS and OSS for safe site isolation and operational purposes.• Good knowledge of TPM and its effective application, routine maintenance ,5s and sound knowledge of QHSE, OE Tools, like 3C,5Why, FMEA
