• Responsible for investigating and resolving claims presented against ALFA Vision policyholders in Tennessee and Kentucky.• Completed timely contact with all claim parties according to company requirements.• Responsible for resolution of bodily injury claims including attorney-represented claimants.• Responsible for resolution of complex liability claims and complex coverage issues. • Initiated Reservation of Rights when needed for coverage investigations.
