Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria, I hold a doctorate degree in construction, specializing in construction economics, project management, international procurement, and risk mitigation in overseas businesses. Through my experience, I have guided and mentored numerous young individuals, fostering their problem-solving skills through research. I have recommended candidates for master and doctoral degrees through my international community services. I have initiated academic ideas and manage teams to achieve success. I was a member of a team for sponsored research projects that focused on "export of construction services" and "construction costs" in South Africa". I am currently the principal investigator (PI) for an ongoing research project on "export readiness of construction organizations" in Nigeria". Additionally, I possess substantial industry experience as a construction cost manager, collaborating with consulting and contracting organizations on diverse building, civil, and engineering projects across sectors such as education, religion, residential, students' housing, as well as stadium, oil and gas, and jetty works for esteemed clients including Mobil Nigeria and other oil servicing firms. I have worked extensively in various Nigerian cities and have also lived in Cape Town, South Africa.
