• Monitor and respond quickly towards the requests received on H1/B1/GC/L1 visas, well expertise in filing H-1B Quota Cap cases which opens in April month (personally filed more than 200+ 2014-2016)• H-1B Amendment, H-1B Extension, H-1B Transfer, H4 Dependents, H4 EAD filing, COS filings, Premium Processing etc.., including preparation of support documents/Ad’s for PERM / I-140 & Perm Audits• Rapid response to RFE received on H1B/ L1 cases by preparing/gathering the supporting documents within the deadline (co-ordinate with "Attorney" for complex RFE's)• Preparation of Port of entry (POE) letters for consultants, Visa cancellations letters/ Revoke letters/Withdrawal forms • Have efficient work experience of Business Visas (B1/B2) & Entertainment Visa (P3) filings and “INDIA VISA” filings for foreign nationals.• Schengen visa filings for all 26 countries, Korean visa, China and UK visa filings through In-person approach along with documentation to submit (if required at VFS office).• Immediate H1B Visa (Cap Exempt) filing for the candidates with valid H1B Visa/Approval notice (I-797) who are in India.• Assist employees in H1-B stamping process by preparing documents, handing over /dispatching documents and briefing the consultants on visa stamping process and also arrange visa “Interview slot” by filling DS-160 form• Employment verification letters, Cover letters, Offer & agreement letters, 221G response to Consulate, Experience Letters preparation for each consultant • Overseeing Visa stamping process/orientation for all H1/H4/L1 approved resources and B1/B2 applicants as well.

1) Filing H-1B Cap cases opens on April month, H-1B Amendment, H-1B Extension, H-1B Transfer, H4 dependents visa filing.2) Preparing Petition support letters and forms and also apply all types of LCA's (includes location change, project to project) at iCERT visa portal system.3) Maintain a spread sheet for individual visa processing requests received in every month with all details including validity of stay.4) Preparation of visa cancellations/ Revoke letters to USCIS and also Port of entry letters for consultants.5) Assist employees in H1-B stamping process by preparing documents, handing over /dispatching documents and briefing the consultants on visa stamping process and also arrange visa interview slot by filling DS-160 form.6) Employment verification letters, Cover letters, Offer & agreement letters, Consulate Letters, Experience Letters prepared for each consultant.7) MIS report is maintained and actively updated to the reporting manager
