As well as assisting with the full process of obtaining the Sponsor Licence application itself through to obtaining visas for both EU non-EU employees, he also advises on compliance obligations and the prevention of illegal working.Sundeep specialises in all areas of business immigration, including Start-up/Innovator, Global Talent, High Potential Individual, Ancestry, Graduate and Student, complex family, settlement and naturalisation applications. He regularly represents his clients at UKVI Compliance audits and ensures his clients are well prepared by regularly undertaking mock audits and providing bespoke immigration training to key stakeholders.
