Current• Founded and operated a management consulting firm with more than three decades of experience and over 50 long and short-term projects.• Consulted with Bell Canada on M&A projects and managed a team of IT engineers, lawyers, accountants, and engineering service providers across multiple time zones in Canada, Middle East, and SW Asia.• Identified a suitable business partner and established a 10-year joint venture agreement in the Middle East and SW Asia with Canada Post International.• Curated a business opportunity by utilizing waste materials from the steel industry in Canada, Korea and India and converting this into a sand blasting abrasive with Algoma Steel.• Formed a joint venture with McMaster University and Tata Motors India for a hydrogen electrolyser to reduce fuel usage in diesel automotive and truck engines.• Worked with the oil sands in Alberta on behalf of Maxtech to supply specialized grade stainless steel machined replacement parts for large earth-moving equipment to Suncor, Husky and Cenovos.• Developed solar and wind projects in India, South America, and the Caribbean with SkyPower Global.• Developed and commercialized a data security technology with license from RSA for a start-up that was later acquired by Microsoft.
