Primarily working from the Government center, but also County sheriff’s office, Medical examiner’s office, County attorney’s office, Public works’ office, for Hennepin County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The client is upgrading its existing conference rooms across all the buildings to Yealink MTRs. Key responsibilities handled - site assessments, design development, preparing RFPs, working with the vendors, installation, provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues. Day-to-day activities include asset tracking and management, monitoring device health, responding to resolve alerts, educating, and training end-users with best practices, and coordinating with local IT, network, and vendor teams to facilitate seamless installation.
