As an IT and healthcare professional, I serve top Fortune 500 international clients and manage specific accounts across multiple domains.Interacting and maintaining indepth relationship with client for improving and developing business in the first place.- Providing Operational support to the on-site Client Service team and ensuring prompt and accurate management of our client’s contingent workforce, utilizing our award-winning Vendor Management Software ‘WAND’ which also known as Magnit. Keeping an eye for detail and strong data accuracy skills coupled with an ability to handle high volumes of transactions on a regular basis is critical in meeting deliverables and maintaining client relationships.- A typical day in our role involves producing data and compliance reports, updating WAND, attending briefings on new roles with clients, monitoring response rates from suppliers, troubleshooting, and assisting other team members as required. Specific activities could vary based on client and location as we serve to the clients having global presence.Providing ongoing operational support to the onsite Program Managers, completing weekly deliverables as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure such as reporting on start and finish dates, contract extensions and background checks. Facilitation of contingent worker onboarding and offboarding and also ensuring any required data is updated in WAND and reporting before client interaction. Completing timely Client System Updates, including transfers, data change, end date and WAND updates. And assisting with ad hoc projects.
