I am a strategic sourcing and procurement professional with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Currently, I am working as a Manager of Costing of 2W parts at Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd, where I am responsible supplier selection , Mapping and assessment, RFQs, Negotiation, Cost settlement and strategic sourcing decisions for Chassis parts ( Front Fork, RR cushion, Alloy wheel, Rim , Brake system, Die casting parts). In this role , I am currently 26 Suppliers. I have rich experience in costing of properitary parts. I am responsible for Cost down activities thru VA/ VE, process Kaizen, Spec and cost comparison of other 2W OEM parts. Responsible for making Parts strategy for high cost and monopoly parts based on other 2W OEM ML structure. Responsible for RM and Forex settlement.
