- HR: Staffs & contracts records maintaining, Leave records maintaining for process payroll, EPF & ESI records and Payments, Overtime payments, Attendance tracking and maintaining in Biometric and excel.
- Operations: Pending reports follow up with study directors, Client’s study reports Status tracking, Reports Tracking Maintaining in MS Excel, & MS Access, study related tracker maintaining, updating status to clients,
- Administration: Purchase order Preparation, Purchase of equipment’s, Chemicals, Animals purchase for study purpose, Stationary and Housekeeping Items purchase. Interact with departments for their requirements.
- Maintaining of Contracts records, Office administration, Safety & hygiene maintaining, Housekeeping Items Receipts and consumption records maintaining, Courier Handling, Client visits travel, Hospitality arrangements.
- EB Payments, Mobile Payments, Flight Booking, Cab Booking, Hotel Booking, Staff welfare arrangements.
