Worked closely with the MO Department of Corrections to usher in the first Career Center in Tipton Correctional Center, a pilot project designed to be implemented in all prisons state-wide. Taught personal and professional development to the first MO female Community Supervision Center.Designed a curriculum focusing on personal and professional development tailored to justice-involved individuals, which has currently been taught to over 200 clients. Worked with over 700 justice-involved individuals, resulting in a 48% employment rate, and a less than 10% recidivism rate.Accomplished various communication and marketing achievements, including: Creating the "They’re Hired" employer magazine, specifically designed to assist employers with better understanding of the benefits of hiring individuals with felonies; Developing the mission statement for the ReEntry Division; Developing the website for the ReEntry Division in order to bring awareness to this specific department of the CWDB.

Directed a residential housing program, offering hope to dozens of women struggling with addiction, depression, the aftermath of physical and sexual abuse, and more, throughout MO and other states. Steered two key FUNdraisers in a community of less than 1500, raising over $28,000.Oversaw all program aspects, including administration, programs, strategic plans, community outreach, and marketing and branding.

Created the Single Mom Story Card, a 3x3 front and back card designed to be a keepsake for all donors to be reminded of the power and blessings in offering help to Single Moms, which is still used by the organization today.Designed a direct mail newsletter, "From the Desk of Tony Orlando", which was distributed to over 1200 donors throughout the United States, resulting in over $10,000 in donations. Executed strategies for all communication vehicles within the ministry, including public relations, website, social media, and more, ensuring the organization was viewed as the primary source to fulfill the mission of "pouring the love of Jesus into the hearts of Single Moms.”
