• Preparation of Divisional financial & Management Reports after liaison with Sales & Operations team. • 3 Years Budgets preparation for 11 SBUs (22 Locations & Divisions) and prepare presentation for GMs to further present in BOD. • To collect required business data from branches throughout the country, tabulate, analyze it for Monthly Performance Reports of all SBUs & further presentation to BOD & Group Management Committee. • Performance Management with help of DashBoard and Target Allocation on monthly basis. • Actively participating monthly sales meeting and preparing “Corporate Business Forecast” based on collected data from all SBUs.• Conduct & Moderate Monthly, Quarterly business meetings within country & abroad, when & where applicable & preparation of Minutes of Meetings. • To prepare and implement 3-year Business Plan, action plans & apprising as per requirement. • Account Receivable, Commission Receivables and its aging and generate report for Board of Directors. • Assist to Director in conducting Strategy preparation session, Vision 2030 & Mission Exercise for the Company & Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and compliance of policies and procedures & implementing the “Vision 2030” & its milestones.• Annual Incentive & Quarterly Commission Calculation according to the performance of Sales team and its disbursement. • Asset Management of all SBUs.• Organizing the Corporate Annual Conference, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, demonstrations & other business activities. • To formulate printable & electronic sales promotional materials, it also includes brochures, calendars, cards & other required material.• Designing and handling of three major databases of the division i.e. Import Database, Principal Database, and Employee database, etc. • ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Handled Human Resource Department of Lahore Branch Solely for 2 years.
