Through the very different organisations I have worked in so far, my most valuable lessons is that in a hyper complex and dynamic world it is necessary to be flexible and to work structured. My main goal as a project manager is to ensure that my team members enjoys to go to work every day and keep the customers satisfied. Both is done by lots of communication – and by delivering in time. On top of my practical experience as project manager I have received more that 40 full days of project management education over the last 3 years. Philosophy of leadership (in a few words):All leadership is about people. It takes people to transform an idea from a customer or from you into a product. No people, no product. Hence I find it crucial to meet people at their level, understand what their challenges are and what makes them feel successful. This goes for both my team members, customers and my managers.
