As an IT and Application Support Analyst at TDS, I provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and colleagues, using my interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction and resolution. Prior to joining TDS in Nov 2023, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at the same company for two years, where I handled customer queries and complaints, processed tenancy deposit transactions, and adhered to quality and compliance standards. I have a BA in Human Resource Management from University of Hertfordshire, which equipped me with the knowledge and skills to understand and support the human aspects of IT and customer service. I am passionate about delivering excellent IT and customer service solutions that meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new technologies and skills, and to collaborate with my team and other departments to achieve our shared goals.
