I have been employed for 6.5 years in banking industry, Financial industry and Knowledge process outsource industry. Throughout these years, I have developed my organizing skills, people management, skills in using Microsoft office applications.My most recent employment was at Synergen Health, which is a revenue cycle management company operates in the healthcare industry in USA. I was working in Sri Lankan office as an Assistant Team Leader. As an Assistant Team Leader, I managed a team of people to achieve our client's and our company's goals. I was working on motivating my team members and guiding them through their career ladder. Preparing analytical reports to clients and internal managers was a part of my job. Attending to clients inquiries and providing innovative solutions for their questions was a skill I developed over the years. I am an expert in managing and following up with insurance claims. Prior to Synergen Health, I worked at KPMG Maldives office from September 2014 to April 2015 as a Trainee Internal Auditor. In this role, I have carried out many internal audits in various industries such as telecommunication, FMCG, Hospitality and government organizations. Prior to KPMG, I worked at HSBC as an Executive Financial Crime Compliance, I was monitoring bank accounts transactions in HSBC. This included cash, EFT, ACH and point of sale transactions.
