Developing and Implementing ERP Solutions Determine ERP needs across the Group through consultation, business process analysis, and observations. Assess existing business processes across the Group and identify optimization opportunities using information technology. Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend system improvements. Ensure technology landscape for ERP/ related applications is future ready and give world class experience to business stakeholders. Manage and work with Implementation/technical teams, business teams and IT teams for the development and configuration of customized ERP solutions to deploy user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities. Ensure the best business processes of each company are configured through ERP platform. Ensure seamless system integration with existing systems, historical data migrations and enhanced performance for users. Ensure exhaustive documentation of ERP processes and training of business users for smooth cutover to new systems. Negotiations with Products and Implementation partners to ensure costs are in line with expectations and with no cost escalations.2. ERP Maintenance Maintain ERP software across the Group and ensure it is producing efficient results and industry regulations are adopted at all times. Be involved in the IT project committees of Group of companies and keep informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings. Monitor and suggest system performance, get software upgrades implemented. Manage and mitigate information security risk and efficiency issues by developing solutions to keep an environment secure from multiple threat vectors. Provide consultation to Group companies on software and modules selection, and making the best use of purchases.
