Prior to becoming a chiropractor I coached competitive gymnastics for 15 years. Much of my understanding of how we learn to adjust and the correct biomechanics of adjusting comes from my years as a gymnastics coach. I have found a teaching approach which makes adjusting easy, gentle, and safe for your clients. I would love to help you elevate the mastery of your art.
