1) I focus on advisory guidances and consultations on SmartChip real time automation and applications on Clinical LDT: Infectious Disease, Genotyping/PGx, AMR, and Animal Health testing panel for internal and external stakeholders and key accounts in North America and European side. 2) Conduct training session, follow up field activities, and escalations resolutions in key and regulated accounts with both application and engineering mindset (led to highest revenue gain in SmartChip product line focused in the clinical LDT accounts).3) Coordinate cross functional collaboration and testing on new product concepts: ICell8 CX single cell automations and applications in SS Pro, and the next generation Shasta single cell and SmartChip ND dispenser automations.4) I have travelled many client locations in North America and even globally to emphasize in team of teams building, KOL networking, guidance, intro to advanced training sessions, on site validations, and advisory leadership, and readiness.
