Platform & SRE engineerAs a platform developer, I managed common components and libraries essential for product developers. Additionally, in my role as an SRE engineer, I focused on optimizing systems and shared best practices for optimization. I also made concerted efforts to prevent incidents, monitored for any issues, and worked towards ensuring rapid recovery from any incidents.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, I assisted customers with a variety of technical issues they encountered while using AWS products. I particularly provided technical support for container-related services such as ECS, EKS, ECR, etc., as well as deployment-related services like Elastic Beanstalk, CodeDeploy, and CloudFormation, etc.

Clova AI DepartmentI built several API servers with Golang, including a high-traffic Text-To-Speech (TTS) system for Naver. I also improved our build, deployment, and testing processes.I developed 'Clova Dubbing,' an AI web service that adds speech to videos. I designed a system to handle large multimedia files in real time and set up an automated testing process using Jenkins, GitHub, and Kubernetes, making it easier to test changes.

PaaS DepartmentI built an in-house build/deployment platform. I also managed the In-house docker cluster and assisted product developers. I made an on-premises jenkins provisioning system on a docker cluster.
