1. Global Service – System Proposal, Design, Consulting for Global Account in Korea- Sales, Co-work with Tyco Fire&Security team (Singapore, USA) for global project. My job is to analyze security standard and design then make a quotation on based of site condition for Korea customer related to global standard. Managing for CMS / SI Target , Planning- Managing for more activated sales, Targeting for Vertical market. - Selecting SI Target as well as Managing for General Margin more than 25%5. Customer management skill - Management: Disconnect Rate 0%, 15% up compared to last YOY (year of year, Maintenance) - Make Global Service process document / Managing for performance record - Make Strategic plan to develop new sales channels every per year - Sales focus on big project, Global account, DR center (Datacenter), Proposal for special equipment
