• 互联网信息系统构建和迭代升级前后构建了随访服务、健康管理、健康档案3套产品线，每套均含Android、iOS、PC多类终端以及不同用户对象的多个迭代版本。
• 后端服务引入分布式重构随访服务的产品线上便完成了后台从单体模式向微服务模式的重构，分别采用了网络重定向、分布式RPC、存储、日志、监控追踪等技术。服务运行环境完成了从传统服务器向云服务器的迁移。
• 敏捷开发模式推行进化从初始的混乱开发，引领团队建立快速迭代的版本意识，梳理产品优先级、定制开发周期计划、参考Scrum梳理工作流程。后期逐步推进CI/CD的建设，docker容器化部署基本实现。
• 研发团队管理辅助公司决策协调及管理10-20人的研发团队，含网页开发、android开发、ios开发、java开发、测试、DBA、UI、运维等组。后期参与公司战略决策支持，梳理公司业务商业模式、协助各部门设计公司业务发展方向。
• 前沿技术探索及方案制定采用spring-boot简化微服务部署过程，探索前端Hybrid开发模式，引导前端开发实践过Ionic、Recative两种框架。因业务需求研究OCR+NLP的数据流水线解决方案，研究tesseract-ocr的训练方法，探索DL -NLP的实践方法。近期研究统计语言模型，隐式马尔可夫模型，维特比算法等具体框架情况如下：○ Nginx实现反向代理，动静分离和初步的负载均衡○.

Jul/11 to Aug/13 –SERVYOU GROUP, Beijing/HangzhouAssisted in the design and development of audit solutions and applications for large chinese transnational corporation.Customized and deployed applications for the State General Tax Bureau. Achievement Highlights: Independently developed one ETL tool for audit system. The tool is based on a java open-source.

Provided software technology support for the development of the group's business success, both by independently development and IFB. Achievement Highlights: Provided user requirements analysis, design and programming support for enhancement of legacy system. Implemented enterprise informationization for a newly built chemical plant with both ERP and MES.
