• Associate, FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis)- Prepare financial reports on a monthly basis with the company’s financial statements and perform analyses that support decisions of the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) and COO (Chief Operating Officer)- Monitor and evaluate financial reports of the company’s domestic and international entities to track finances and performance- Review expenses, vouchers, invoices, and budgets on a daily basis- Maintain compliance with loan covenants with US banks- Clear domestic and international vendors' chargebacks by issuing debit/credit memos- Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports

- One weekend a month, two weeks a year of service time- Keep inventory on chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) equipment

- Provide training on defense against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) attacks- Decontaminate and keep inventory on chemical protective equipment- Hazardous Materials Certification (at the operations level)- Maintain soldier documents and training records- Process bookkeeping and accounting for government funds- Review invoices / receive, inspect, inventory, and issue military equipment

- Deliver orders in a prompt, timely, and professional manner- Communicate with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints- Clean and maintain vehicle on a regular basis

- Receive and refill prescriptions from hospital staff and supplying them to the right units- Assist pharmacists with faxed prescriptions, inventory, ordering, and re-stocking

- Billing, organizing charts, patient check in and check out, translation, transportation arrangement, appointment, confirm call, cleaning, patient letters, simple errands
