About Sungsoo Jo
Finishing school, I learned the severe financial struggle my family was going through. Realising I could not pursue my dream of progressing my study in the world stage, I started working. The disparity between my dream and reality, however, was too big, for most people told me to give up. The darkest time of my life changed everything in me. In fact, it changed everything but one: I have a dream, it's do or die.After working as a tutor for a year, I started my own education company, Rosebery Education. Thanks to the amazing team, we have built a sustainable, profitable business which not only allowed me to pursue my study at LSE but also enabled us to support students from low-income family with our scholarships.My story is simple. I fall down, learn from my failure, and stand back up. Now I am looking forward to my new chapter.
