I was responsible for establishing new escrow files and process escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. I would review the terms of the purchase sale agreements, communicate and coordinate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders and realtors the details of closing. I would complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; balancing using instructions from all parties and disburse funds. I was also responsible for preparing budgets and maintaining a monthly P & L Statement, hiring employees, annual reviews and more.
