I'm Sunidhi Naik, an architect and XR developer based in Toronto, actively exploring new opportunities where I can contribute my expertise. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from India and a Master of Design from OCAD University’s prestigious Digital Futures program.Over the past three years, I’ve been deeply engaged in designing and developing Augmented and Mixed Reality applications, with a focus on creating context-specific experiences. My Master’s thesis, which explored Mixed Reality environments for retail, was showcased at the VRTO 2024 conference. Additionally, my research has been recognized internationally, with a workshop paper accepted for presentation at ISMAR IEEE 2024, a leading conference in the field. My abstract will also be published in the highly respected Leonardo Journal.In parallel to my professional work, I’ve served as a Teaching Assistant and Tutorial Lead at OCAD University, where I guide undergraduate students through the History of Art and Design. My approach is centered on creating a supportive and organized learning environment that encourages growth.Beyond my academic and XR endeavors, I co-founded Medaelna, a design collective based in Ahmedabad, India. In just three years, we’ve successfully completed over 23 architecture and interior design projects, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life.With a multidisciplinary background in architecture, design, and technology, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every project. I’m passionate about creating innovative and thoughtful solutions that blend design and technology seamlessly.
