During my tenure in Tech Mahindra, I carried out various roles right from independent architect to leading a Microsoft Practice and Delivery. Below are some key highlights of my achievement during my tenure in Tech Mahindra: Headed Global Microsoft Technology COE/Practice in Tech Mahindra. The group was focused to deliver technology oriented complex system integration projects for customer across the globe.  Designed solution to Tier 1 operator in Canada for Microsoft SharePoint based Record Management and Document Management Systems. Delivered end to end CRM, Portal, Middleware and BI solution for green field Telecom operator in India having around 5M customers using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, BizTalk and SQL Server. Provided Technology consulting and end to end roadmap to implement new platform using Microsoft Technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, SSRS for US based education firm have more than 17 campuses.  Reviewed the strategy to migrate SDP platform from CSF to BizTalk for Tier 1 operator in NZ  Provided Consultancy to choose right BI Analytics solution for network performance metrics of Location Based Services, build POC and finally implement the solution for Tier 1 operator in NA. As Sr. Architect design and build the solution to implement Connected Services Framework (CSF) and Customer Care Framework (CCF) to various customers.  Migrated very first application from VB6 to .NET in BT. Architected very first .NET project in BT and migrating from desktop environment to client-server based architecture including web services.  Conducted .NET awareness trainings and build POC to incubate new technology.
