• Co-ordination of day to day Accounting• Scrutiny of Accounts• Cash flow and fund management• Statutory Audit• Payroll process management • Profession Tax• Employees’ Income Tax, e-TDS returns, Form No. 16 & 16A• Accounting, control and protection of fixed assets• Scrutiny of Purchases, Expenses and Other Income• Service Tax issues, preparation and submission of Returns and CENVAT refund claims. Follow-up with Service Tax for refund• FEMA Compliance, SOFTEX documentation, correspondence with STPI and Bank for FOREX certification • Official Correspondence with Government Bodies and Private Parties relating to Accounts and Financial matters• Co-ordination with inter department for various routine work follow-up.

• Scrutiny and maintenance of Accounts upto Balance Sheet and Schedules. • Planning and facing internal and statutory audit process. • Payroll management of 250 employees and all related work• Fund management. • Job includes monitoring the day-to-day financial activities, investments, grants, MIS, Taxes. • Liaison with bank and Govt. officials like Income Tax, Service Tax etc, • Preparation of financial budget, quarterly review and maintaining Budgetary Control Systems, Variance Report.• To assist the Head in financial meeting to review income and expenditure. • To handle Management Information System. • Handling of various Payroll, financial and taxation related softwares and applications.• Handling Service Tax and TDS matters and submission of their returns through electronic media.• Costing and periodic review of expenses on various income-based activities,• Management and monitoring of various employees’ and vendors’ loans and advances. • Co-ordination with inter department for various routine work follow-up.

 Day to day accounting Cash and Bank transactions All accounts work upto finalisation of Balance Sheet, Preparation of related statements for external audit. Pay Roll management Income and expenditure scrutiny Independent correspondence with the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Directorate of the Technical Examination and Ministry of Education, Maharashtra State.  Communication with the other technical institutions regarding the planning of theoretical and practical examinations. Follow up of Govt. rules and policies in education. Submission of various questionnaires to Govt. as per their requirement.  Assisted to get permission from Central and State Govt. to form Technical Institute & Engineering College. Assisted the In-charge and above level Officials for their decisions in policy making.
