Current• Project Planning, Finalization of Architect, Design Consultants and Major capital items• Coordinating with and consultants for obtaining approvals for engineering drawing, design and documents.• Formulating & implementing procurement plans for purchase of materials and establishing methods to achieve project targets / resource planning.• Interfacing with Consultants, Engineering. and Contractor for streamlining operations.• Accountable for controlling and coordination for all statutory approvals like Fire NOC, and other statutory approvals. • Conducting delay analysis and risk analysis as part of the project release process.• To closely monitor the progress of various activities scheduled v/s actual completion and bringing to the notice of management for their intervention and corrective action in respect of critical issues.• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies and coordination with the site management functions• Procurement management for client, as per the nature of job by doing pre-qualification and later tendering as per the milestone suggested in project program.• Construction management for Civil Interiors, MEP, IT and other relevant packages for project.• Preparing weekly, monthly reports detailing progress on engineering, procurement, marketing & commissioning activities.• Coordination with stake holders for approvals, risk management, project health and other important KRAs.• Handover of project by smooth transitioning process of required parameters suggested by Client or facility manager.
