Primary responsibilities are managing and maintaining networks of Internet Data Center and monitoring Networking devices, servers. • Support of network related issues for the core backbone, customer internet link which basis of client reported Incident request (IR) and Service request (SR). • Raising an internal change management (CM) request for the changes in the network. • Configuration of managed customers Cisco routers and switches. • Switch port allocation, IP pool allocation. • Monitoring the Networking device and customer link status through cacti server and Beacon monitoring tool (Sify built). • Configurations of Cisco IP Routing which includes static and dynamic routing protocol. • ILO configuration, Server OS installations, Memory Degradation in the server. • Managing Internal LAN network. • Providing remote session of the devices to the respective vendors. • Coordination to support team for L2 connectivity and link testing. • Customer Bandwidth and data transfer utilization monitoring. • Preparing Incident reports, Network diagrams and documentation of all for the future reference.
