My professional career began with Pitney Bowes Management Services where I was assigned to their client Morgan Stanley at Cabot Square London, I progressed rapidly from Team Leader to a Supervisor. Through networking, I built and sustained good relationships that led to me securing a contractor position for a Data Integrity Group within the Business Operations of Morgan Stanley.As I continued to demonstrate my work ethics and strong networking skills, I continued to progress with Morgan Stanley in other divisions: Client Information Systems, Anti Money Laundering, Trading Floor and Firm management; this further enabled me to forge a personal working relationship with the then Chairman of Morgan Stanley, Sir David Walker.The experience and skills I gained at my time with Morgan Stanley created opportunities for me to work on the merger of three banks: Fuji Bank, Industrial Bank of Japan and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank to form Mizuho Financial Group. From here, I worked with Old Mutual on their integration of monetary reporting feeds for international accounting consolidation.My journey then took me into the London property market that enabled me to utilise my people skills and learn new skills & financial knowledge, both being a steep learning curve.I developed auction properties and built my portfolio, which led me to become a landlord of mixed residential and commercial properties. Persisting on my strong networking skills I secured good tradesmen, who assisted with my expanding knowledge of the building trade and respective regulations.I later got involved in the brokering of private treaty off market commodities and precious item transactions. Despite the bureaucratic challenges, I was able to build credibility such that my working relationships included heads of state. leaving the property industry i invested in a start up media company and hold interests in the music industry also.My varied working career provided me with immense insights that recognise regardless of industry, the people delivering the respective services and projects are absolute to successful completion and execution.
