Current• Lead the E&I departments to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the WTE and MRF units, adhering to SOPs and guidelines for new electrical and instrumentation systems development.• Coordinate with government officials (PCMC, MSETCL, MSDCL) to secure document approvals as required.• Plan and schedule projects with EPC and package vendors, tracking progress and status effectively.• Review and approve P&ID, SLD, equipment data sheets, engineering drawings, and BOM in accordance with signed contracts and process requirements.• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), including Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for DCS, UPS, battery chargers, transformers, generators, and panels.• Prepare project costing and estimation for all packages according to established processes and standards.• Maintain strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.• Evaluate project costing, equipment selection, design, and calculations specifically for the Waste to Energy plant.• Define the project scope at initiation and conduct kickoff meetings with all relevant stakeholders.• Collaborate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to establish effective delivery strategies.• Oversee contractors through contract formation, execution, and administration to ensure compliance and quality.• Continuously monitor and report on project progress throughout the lifecycle to achieve desired objectives.• Inspect and monitor work frequently to meet quality, specification, and throughput requirements.• Provide leadership by utilizing team processes to achieve goals, solve problems, and enhance workflow.• Coordinate site activities with inspection agencies to ensure compliance and secure necessary approvals from customers.
