* Providing and interpreting financial information ensuring all full working papers are supported * Monitoring, interpreting and predicting future trends.* Analysing Budgetary change and advising Directors/Managers accordingly * Formulating strategic and long-term business plans which enable Directors/Managers to manage tight budgets successfully* Researching and reporting on factors influencing Budgetary performance using e-financials, buissness objects & ESR to name a few. * Liaising with Directors to fulfil budget setting process * Manipulating spreadsheet packages to ease the strain for the month-end process, minimising risk & errors. * Conducting reviews for example revising skill mix for Cost Improvement Programme. (CIP) * Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts within the CCG's, Nhs England &Local Authorities. * Producing accurate financial reports for specific deadlines e.g vacancy factor reports. * Managing budgets * Arranging new sources of finance from Department of Health, CCG & Local Authorities to ensure the services are funded. * Training/supervising staff at all levels i.e. in all Microsoft packages including pivot tables, lookup, sumif and macros * Keeping all staff updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation. In addition making sure staff adhere to our own policies and procedures at all times.
