Current1.Responsible to carry out daily Boundary balance, individual units mass & energy balance, yield accounting, refinery performance monitoring and Fuel & loss accounting using aspen tools AtOMS & Advisor.2.Responsible for AtOMS and ADVISOR system maintenance and development.3.Development and review of PFD & P&ID module- Process & Utility.4.Hand on experience of new refinery expansion project erection and commissioning activity.5. Responsible for MOC carried out in various units of refinery.6.Technical support to production Department to implement capacity utilization, plant yield and efficiency and Process KPI Monitoring.7.Responsible to provide process input for plant performance and operating cases optimization.8.Hand on experience as team lead of DHDS & SRU block in mega turnaround of refinery.Trouble shooting of process during startup and shutdown in mega turnaround of refinery.9.Responsible for investigation & inspecting process equipment like distillation column, reactor, vessel, heat exchanger etc.10.Hand on experience of DHDS reactor catalyst loading and unloading during turnaround.11.Responsible for Rolling Plan Analysis and identification of gaps with respect to plan guidelines.12.Handling Aspen Advisor (Aspen Operations Reconciliation and Accounting) upgradation project for refinery yield accounting.
